Danielle Vogel is a book artist and the author of Between Grammars (Noemi Press, forthcoming 2015), Narrative & Nest (Abecedarian Gallery, 2012) and lit (Dancing Girl Press, 2008). Her book arts work has most recently been exhibited at the RISD Museum, AS220 Project Space, The University of Arizona Poetry Center, and Denver’s Abecedarian Gallery. Her writing has most recently appeared in La Vague and Tarpaulin Sky. Through both her written work and book artifacts, she investigates the bonds between language and presence, between a reader and a writer, and how a book, as an extended architecture of a body, might serve as a site of radical transformation.
